So, a cartoonist named James Sturm makes a short comic about dealing with the common pitfall of measuring yourself by the success of other artists, and how it’s a terrible trap anyone can fall into.
But of course, people seeking to validate their persecution complexes and make everything be about them, declare it’s actually all about his utter shitlord cishet MISOGYNY!!! because he dared to write the pronoun ’she’ when the two characters mention the not actually seen and not in any way objectified, insulted, or invalidated successful cartoonist.
As someone who is trying to make it into the comics industry I could totally relate to this comic because when I see other artists and writers get their stories up before me and they’re more successful I fall into that trap of “Will I ever be this good?”
But then you remember what world we live in and you see shit like this, dumb feminists crying about how everything is fucking sexist because they have NOTHING better to do with their pathetic lives.
Just goes to show you that no matter how successful you are as a writer or artist, unless you kiss feminist’s asses 24/7 they will always look down on your work and deem it sexist because they themselves could NEVER come up with something half this good.
